Drew Daniels (he/him)
Senior Digital Strategist

Over the last decade, some have described me, Drew Daniels, as an award-winning strategist, digital organizer, and creative addicted to curating Spotify playlists. In digital communications, I thrive on crafting intuitive experiences and strategies that drive social impact and foster organizational sustainability.

I have had the privilege of working with progressive political campaigns, racial justice organizations, and national nonprofits, leading and developing influential campaigns that challenge the status quo and amplify powerful narratives across industries. Mood boards, digital production, project discovery, and short-pithy sentences are some of the ways I express my love language.

As a multi-hyphenate creative and aspiring sneakerhead, I excel in generating record-breaking engagement, reach, and brand awareness. My superpower lies in identifying digital opportunities and challenges and responding with unmatched execution and solutions.

I've been on the cutting edge of pivotal historical moments, like driving the White House National HIV/AIDS Strategy, orchestrating much-needed outreach for the 2020 Census to Black and brown communities, navigating the digital battleground of President Joe Biden vs. convicted felon Donald Trump landscape, and crafting responsive strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations like the Human Rights Campaign, Color Of Change, NASTAD, Greater Good Strategy, District Running Collective, Amnesty International, Bevel, AIDS United, Netroots Nation, and others have sought my expertise and thought leadership.

As a millennial, I have the experience, education, and student loans to back up theory and concepts. I studied and worked under prominent editors and senior executives from the New York Times, BET.com, and VIBE Magazine. I earned my Master of Science in Nonprofit Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Marketing from Dillard University in New Orleans.

Based in Washington, DC, and raised in the South—Texas, to be exact—I firmly believe that sugar belongs on grits.
